Range of motion (ROM) and Dynamic Balance Testing through Kinetic Prophylaxis Means (Applying Tissue Flossing) to Football Players

چکیده
Background. An individual's ankle range of motion varies dependent on their ADLs, geographic region, and amount physical activity. Walking, which takes 30 degrees movement, descending stairs, requires 57 degrees, do not need a large ROM. Hypothesis. We hypothesised that floss band (F.B.) placed the joint football players any age in conjunction with kinetic prophylactic exercise program would enhance (ROM) dynamic balance to higher degree than simple (without F.B. application). Aims. This study aims examine impact at joint, measure mobility players, maybe identify individuals susceptible injury. Methods. The current comprised 18 participants (mean = 19.77 years) who were all from academy club FK Cskszereda Miercurea Ciuc. evenly split into two groups: an experimental group control group. Results. Based data retrieved this research, we can conclude Floss Band treatment combined improves balance, although statistically significant majority criteria. Conclusions. When paired training program, approach significantly hence contributing injury prevention.

Comparison of Dynamic Balance in Collegiate Field Hockey and Football Players Using Star Excursion Balance Test
PURPOSE The preliminary study aimed to compare dynamic balance between collegiate athletes competing or training in football and hockey using star excursion balance test. METHODS A total thirty university level players, football (n = 15) and field hockey (n = 15) were participated in the study. Dynamic balance was assessed by using star excursion balance test. The testing grid consists of 8 l...
متن کاملبررسی ارتباط بین سازوکارهای عصبی عضلانی با تعادل ایستا و پویای بازیکنان فوتبال
Objective: The effective variables in maintaining balance come from sensory information that is obtained from sensory-visual, vestibular and visual systems, and is affected by coordination, range of motion and muscle strength. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between neuromuscular mechanisms and the static and dynamic balance of soccer players. Methods: In an analy...
متن کاملRelationship between muscular strength testing to dynamic muscular performance in Division One American football players
The purpose of this study is to develop a prediction equation for (performance variables) vertical jump, broad jump, 40-yard sprint time, and pro-agility shuttle time using body mass and 1-RM values of strength for bench press and back squat. Participants (n = 76) used in the study were members of the University of South Florida D-1 football team in fall of 2009. Squat/BM demonstrated the stron...
متن کاملDynamic Balance Performance and Noncontact Lower Extremity Injury in College Football Players
BACKGROUND Field expedient screening tools that can identify individuals at an elevated risk for injury are needed to minimize time loss in American football players. Previous research has suggested that poor dynamic balance may be associated with an elevated risk for injury in athletes; however, this has yet to be examined in college football players. HYPOTHESIS To determine if dynamic balan...
متن کاملStrength and Range of Motion of Internal and External Rotator Muscles in Volleyball Players With and Without Uneven Shoulders
Objective: Performing repetitive overhead movements puts stress on the shoulder joint, leading to uneven shoulders and pain in the shoulder joint. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the strength and Range of Motion (ROM) of internal and external rotator muscles in volleyball players with and without uneven shoulders. Methods: This is a descriptive and causal-comparative stud...
